    We’ll talk, explore what’s showing up for you, and then use tapping to help release the emotional weight or stuck energy. You’ll remain fully clothed, seated, and in control at all times. It’s safe, collaborative, and always at your pace.

    It really depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Some people feel a shift in one session; others work with me over time to go deeper. We can start with a single session and take it from there – no pressure, no hard sells.
